The Jungblut App is addressed to customers and potential buyers of Hans Jungblut GmbH & Co. KG to serve their technical staff, technicians and merchants to simplify the daily work of dealing with our products.
Several useful functions are offered to different users. "Information": this part presents information in a download area, helping the customers all over the Jungblut products and their application to be informed. "Order": with specific query fields in this part of the app you can quickly generate at Jungblut an order or a request. After a brief Login in the menu item "Order status", the customer can track the status of their confirmed orders in real time. This helps him to get a quick overview of all his orders.
The "Complaint Tool" is particularly interesting for installers and enables quick and easy forwarding of a complaint message. You can make a photo of the defective product and sent this as an attachment. This is very helpfull in the troubleshooting and speeds up the process of repair.
